⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Alhadi Travel – Special Thanks to Brother Huzaifa!

I would like to say a very special thank you to my brother Huzaifa for providing such excellent service throughout our Umrah journey.

From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful and supportive with everything, including our Umrah visas, hotel bookings and transport arrangements. The transport service was 100% excellent for all three of us, and everything was organised perfectly.

One of my biggest concerns was the hotel accommodation because I was travelling with my young daughter. I explained to Huzaifa that I did not want to compromise on the quality or location of the hotels, especially as I wanted everything to be comfortable and convenient for her.

Alhamdulillah, he exceeded all my expectations! He arranged hotels in both Makkah and Madinah, within approximately a five-minute walking distance of the Haramain.

One thing that touched me even more was that during our Umrah journey, Huzaifa personally messaged me to ask how we were doing and whether everything was okay. This small gesture meant a lot to me. It showed that his care did not stop once the booking was completed. He genuinely wanted to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our journey. This is what I call going the extra mile for your customers.

I still remember our first conversation when he said:

“Leave everything to me. You are like my brother, and I will look after your package.”

MashAllah, he truly stood by his words and did even more than I expected. His honesty, professionalism, care and personal attention made our journey so comfortable and stress-free.

I genuinely felt that he was looking after us like family rather than simply treating us as customers.

Thank you once again, Brother Huzaifa, for everything. May Allah reward you for your kindness, honesty and hard work, and put lots of Barakah in your business.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Brother Huzaifa and Alhadi Travel to anyone planning their Umrah. You can book with complete confidence.

From the first time I spoke to Maryam Naeem, I felt re assured about my booking. The whole process and experience from start to finish was amazing Maryam guided us through all of it and checked on us to make sure everything had run smoothly to flights and hotel check in she made sure to check in. I had a very positive experience dealing with Brother Nouman from Alhadi Travel. He was professional, polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our communication. He took the time to understand our needs and put together a very convenient Umrah package for us. His customer service was excellent, and he was always approachable and happy to assist with our queries.
Unfortunately, we were unable to go for Umrah this time, but we genuinely appreciated Brother Nouman’s professionalism, kindness, and the effort he put into arranging the package for us.
InshaAllah, when we decide to go for Umrah in the future, I will definitely choose Alhadi Travel again and would be more than happy to have Brother Nouman assist us. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and helpful travel agent.

I used alhadi travels for my umra trip October 2026. It was a great experience. They are reasonably priced. They sorted out visa, hotels, travel and stayed in contact 24/7. I cannot recommend Al Hadi Travels enough, especially Maryam Naeem, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout our Umrah journey.

Travelling for Umrah with family, particularly with young children, can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Maryam went above and beyond to make the entire experience as smooth, comfortable and stress-free as possible.

From the initial arrangements to the support provided throughout our trip, the level of professionalism, communication and genuine care has been exceptional. Maryam has been incredibly helpful, patient, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of.

What really stood out was the personal attention and reassurance we received. We never felt like just another booking; Maryam genuinely cared about making our family’s Umrah experience special and memorable.

Performing Umrah with loved ones is such a meaningful and spiritual journey, and having someone so reliable and dedicated supporting us made a real difference.
