We were assisted by Ehtesham, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. We explained to him that we were having serious issues obtaining an Umrah visa for a Pakistani passport holder living in the UK. We had already tried applying ourselves through the official website, but it kept crashing and had too many faults and was also declined. With only 6 days remaining before our flight, we were extremely stressed and panicking as time was ticking fast. From the moment Ehtesham and the team at Al Hadi Travel stepped in, they reassured us and handled everything smoothly.
